Prof. Dave Towey

Professor Dave Towey received the BA and MA degrees in computer science, linguistics, and languages from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, Ireland; the postgraduate certificate in higher education (PgCHE) from the University of Nottingham, U.K.; the postgraduate certificate in teaching English to speakers of other languages (PgCertTESOL) from The Open University of Hong Kong S.A.R., China; the MEd degree in education leadership from the University of Bristol, U.K.; and the PhD degree in computer science from The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong S.A.R., China. He was the first foreign academic recipient of the Zhuhai municipal outstanding teacher award, in 2007, and he received the Lord Dearing award in 2017 for his outstanding contribution to the development of teaching and student learning. He has been with the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) since 2013, where he serves as the head of the School of Computer Science. He previously served as the associate dean of education and student experience for the Faculty of Science and Engineering. His current research interests include software testing and technology-enhanced education. He co-founded the ICSE International Workshop on Metamorphic Testing in 2016. He is a fellow of the HEA, and a senior member of the ACM and the IEEE.

Prof. Yeoh Ging Sun

Hong Kong Metropolitan University, China

William Yeoh is a Professor at the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Previously, he was with Deakin University’s Deakin Business School, where he also served as Innovation Head at the Deakin Cyber Research and Innovation Centre. His research has been supported by various funding bodies and published in top-tier journals. His contributions to research, teaching, and service have been recognised through national and international awards, including the Researcher of the Year Award from the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), the Exemplary Lecturer Award from the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP WG 8.4), the ICT Educator of the Year Gold Award from the Australian Computer Society (ACS), Australia’s Top 25 Analytics Leaders Award from the Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia (IAPA), IBM Faculty Awards, Deakin Faculty Research Excellence Award, and Deakin Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Value Innovation for his leadership of the IBM Centre of Excellence in Business Analytics. He is also an elected Fellow of the Australian Computer Society.

Prof. Chaoyu Yang

Anhui University of Science and Technology

Yang Chaoyu, professor and doctoral supervisor, vice dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Anhui University of Science and Technology, an outstanding member of the Chinese Computer Society, an up-and-coming educator in Anhui Province, a leading talent in strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province, a "Shuneng Famous Teacher" at Anhui University of Technology, an outstanding teacher, a young top talent, and a young academic backbone of Anhui University of Technology. He is also an excellent instructor for the National College Students' Big Data Skills Competition. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Wollongong in Australia. His research and teaching focus on areas such as computer vision, big data analysis and mining, and intelligent safety in coal mines. He teaches courses such as "Natural Language Processing", "Machine Learning", and "Digital Image Processing". He has published over 50 academic papers, holds more than 10 patents, and has over 10 software copyrights. He has led 7 national natural science foundation projects and over 20 non-national projects, and has led 5 provincial-level teaching projects.

Prof. Wenxing Hong

Xiamen University, China

Prof. Wenxing Hong is a professor at the School of Aerospace Engineering, Xiamen University, and serves as the Head of the Department of Automation. He leads the Intelligent Unmanned Systems Research Center at Xiamen University, focusing on data intelligence, unmanned systems and their applications in urban and marine environments, and low-altitude systems engineering. He also directs the Xiamen Institute of Information Industry and Informatization, promoting digital literacy and skills certification, and advancing enterprise digital transformation. He is Vice Chairman of the National College Computer Education Research Association, Chairman of the Fujian Society of Systems Engineering, and a Distinguished Research Fellow of the Egret Innovation Laboratory.
